As the name suggests this is Europe’s one of the oldest and romantic cities.

The key attractions are many, starting from the neo-classical Stalinist architecture to the open air cafes and mineral baths the list in non ending.

The biggest attraction of Sofia is Church of St Sofia dating back to the 4the century. This church is one of the few living example of the ancient Christian architecture in this region. Other important churches include The Boyana Church, the Russian church, and the Sofia Synagogue known as the largest Synagogue in south Eastern Europe.

Among the museums of Sofia, The National Archaeological Museum, The National Historical Museum, & the National Art Gallery are particularly important. Each one of them built on some historical site, houses millions of artifacts dating back several centuries.
Other important attractions include the Ivan Vazov National Theater, Eagles’ Bridge, National Opera and Ballet building, Borisova Garden and the Chervilo Club.

Shopping in Sofia includes folk-art ceramics pottery, painted wooden toys, and dolls, feather goods like pillows or duvet.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens, architectural wonders and a bi-linguistic population the capital city of Belgium is a perfect place for any traveler to start his/her Europe tour.

The main attraction of Brussels is the Grand Palace, proudly exhibiting the architectural wonders of the middle ages. Second attraction is the Mannekin-Pis , the statue of a peeing boy , which has somehow become so identical with the city’s image . Third is the Atomium, which symbolizes the 1958 world fair of Brussels.
Lastly, there is the Hôtel de Ville which is described as the most spectacular civic building of the contemporary era.

Among the Museums of Brussels the famous ones includes The Cinquantenaire Museum, Autoworld Car Museum, Scientastic Museum and the Museum voor Moderne Kunst

Other important attractions includes Palais Royal, Comic Strip Museum, Delirium Café and Bruparck

The most famous items to shop for in Brussels are chocolates known as (pralines) locally. Other items include lace, diamonds, antiques, Belgium beer, tapestries and glass ware.
